PDA Engineering is proud to serve as a prime contract holder on SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG), the U.S. Navy's premier multiple-award contract vehicle for engineering, program management, and professional support services.
About SeaPort-NxG
SeaPort-NxG is a 10-year multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, structured as a 5-year base period followed by a 5-year option period, with a total program ceiling of up to $50 billion. There is no contract access fee for ordering activities. The Navy requires use of this vehicle for covered services unless an official waiver is granted, making it the primary pathway through which Navy and Marine Corps organizations acquire engineering and program support services.

Available Pricing Types
Task orders under SeaPort-NxG may be issued using fixed price, cost reimbursement, award fee, incentive fee, or labor hour pricing arrangements, giving ordering activities flexibility in structuring requirements.
Eligibility and Ordering Process
Agencies develop statements of work (SOWs) aligned to the scope categories and issue task orders competitively among SeaPort-NxG awardees. Orders can be placed electronically through the SeaPort portal, streamlining the procurement process while maintaining competitive pricing.
